Martyrs Qassem Soleimani, Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, and Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, as prominent figures of the Resistance Front and the Islamic Revolution, possess not only an operational legacy but also an integrated and convergent intellectual school that stands in a one-to-one correspondence with the intellectual framework of Ayatollah Khamenei. Addressing a gap in comparative studies, this research examines the commonalities among these three martyrs and the manifestation of Ayatollah Khamenei’s teachings in their individual and social conduct. The primary objective is to identify the shared features that position these figures as paradigmatic exemplars of the School of Resistance. The significance of this study lies in clarifying the inseparable linkage between the practical conduct of these martyrs and Ayatollah Khamenei’s thought—an articulation that can provide a roadmap for future generations in the path of jihad, justice, and guardianship-centered commitment (velayat-madari). The research method is descriptive-analytical. Data were collected and analyzed through content analysis of Ayatollah Khamenei’s statements and relevant works concerning these martyrs. The findings demonstrate that, despite apparent differences in their respective domains of activity (political, military, and executive), the personalities studied share foundational principles such as adherence to guardianship (velayat-madari), sincerity, people-centeredness, a spirit of resistance, and managerial creativity. These shared features may serve as a practical model for leaders and activists in the Islamic world and constitute an effective step toward promoting the intellectual and practical school represented by these martyrs. <span lang="FA">کشف و تبیین جامع‌نگر نسبت به مبانی فکری و عملیِ الگوها در هر مکتبی می‌تواند آن‌ها را ملموس‌تر و عینی‌تر به مخاطبان معرفی کند. شهیدان قاسم سلیمانی، سید ابراهیم رئیسی و سید حسن نصرالله به‌عنوان چهره‌های شاخص جبهه مقاومت و انقلاب اسلامی، نه‌تنها در عرصه عمل، بلکه در حوزه اندیشه نیز دارای مکتبی یکپارچه و همسو هستند که در تناظری یک‌به‌یک با منظومه فکری آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای قرار دارد. این پژوهش در پاسخ به خلأ مطالعات تطبیقی، به بررسی مشترکات این سه شهید و تجلی آموزه‌های آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در سیره فردی و اجتماعی آنان می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی، کشف وجوه اشتراکی است که این شخصیت‌ها را به‌عنوان الگوهای مکتب مقاومت معرفی می‌کند. اهمیت این مطالعه در تبیین پیوند ناگسستنی بین سیره عملی این شهیدان و اندیشه‌های آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای است که می‌تواند نقشه‌ای برای نسل‌های آینده در مسیر جهاد، عدالت و ولایت‌مداری ترسیم کند. روش تحقیق، توصیفی-تحلیلی است و داده‌های آن از طریق تحلیل محتوای بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای و آثار مرتبط با این شهیدان گردآوری و تحلیل شده‌ است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که شخصیت‌های مورد مطالعه، با وجود تفاوت ظاهری در حوزه‌های فعالیت (سیاسی، نظامی و اجرایی)، در اصولی بنیادین مانند ولایت‌مداری، اخلاص، مردمی‌بودن، روحیه مقاومت و خلاقیت در مدیریت اشتراک دارند. این اشتراکات می‌تواند به‌عنوان الگویی کاربردی برای مدیران و مبارزان جهان اسلام مورداستفاده قرار گیرد و گامی مؤثر در جهت ترویج مکتب فکری و عملی این شهیدان محسوب می‌شود.</span> https://www.irsjournal.ir/article_239463_e691a8722e025cf3cb0db0e43ef42efc.pdf
