Most existing studies have either been limited to secular Western methods or, through broad theoretical generalizations, have been unable to provide practical solutions for overcoming the tangible challenges of the present situation. The present study was conducted with the aim of formulating deliberative scenarios based on the Qur’anic thought of Ayatollah Khamenei and in response to the question of how, by using normative scenario-building, one can move beyond the current state—which is accompanied by challenges such as the weakening of revolutionary values, the enemy’s cultural and political infiltration, internal and external discord, economic and administrative injustice, declining popular participation, and incomplete institutional effectiveness—and reach the desired future of the New Islamic Civilization and the groundwork for the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (AJ). The theoretical framework of this research is based on the fundamental concepts of futures studies, including possible, probable, and desirable futures, systemic thinking about alternative futures, and normative scenario-building as a form of future engineering. Using an analytical-descriptive method in the explanatory sections and normative scenario-building in the depiction of the future, this study has designed four deliberative scenarios: the strengthening scenario of the system (preserving Islamic rule), the scenario of collective responsibility (popular participation), the scenario of initiative in conditions of necessity (<em>Atash be Ekhtiyar</em>), and the scenario of cohesion-building (national and Islamic unity). The research outcome provides an operational and indigenous framework for organizing the future of the Islamic Revolution, which, unlike secular Western approaches, emphasizes human agency, collective will, shared responsibility, and divine guidance, and presents the aforementioned scenarios as enabling tools for transforming threats into opportunities. This approach can provide a roadmap for governmental institutions and revolutionary forces toward realizing the New Islamic Civilization and achieving a desirable and favorable future.</span> <span lang="FA">آینده‌پژوهی انقلاب اسلامی بدون بهره‌مندی از سناریوهای هنجاری مبتنی بر آموزه‌های قرآنی، نمی‌تواند مسیر دستیابی به تمدن نوین اسلامی و آرمان‌های متعالی آن را به درستی ترسیم کند. اغلب مطالعات موجود یا به روش‌های سکولار غربی محدود شده‌اند و یا با کلی‌گویی‌های نظری، از ارائه راهکارهای عملی برای برون‌رفت از چالش‌های عینی وضع موجود ناتوان مانده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین سناریوهای تدبیری بر پایه اندیشه قرآنی آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای و در پاسخ به این پرسش انجام شده است که چگونه می‌توان با استفاده از روش سناریوپردازی هنجاری، از وضع موجود (که با چالش‌هایی چون تضعیف ارزش‌های انقلابی، نفوذ فرهنگی و سیاسی دشمن، تفرقه‌افکنی داخلی و خارجی، بی‌عدالتی اقتصادی و اداری، کاهش مشارکت مردمی و کارآمدی ناقص نهادها همراه است) عبور کرده و به آینده مطلوب (تمدن نوین اسلامی و زمینه‌سازی برای ظهور حضرت مهدی (عج)) دست یافت. چارچوب نظری این پژوهش بر مفاهیم بنیادین آینده‌پژوهی شامل آینده‌های ممکن، محتمل و مطلوب، تفکر نظام‌مند درباره آینده‌های جایگزین و سناریوپردازی هنجاری به‌مثابه مهندسی آینده استوار است. این نوشتار با روش تحلیلی</span><span lang="FA">‑</span><span lang="FA">توصیفی در بخش‌های تبیینی و روش سناریوپردازی هنجاری در ترسیم آینده، چهار سناریوی تدبیری را طراحی کرده است: سناریوی تقویتی نظام (حفظ حاکمیت اسلامی)، سناریوی مسئولیت همگانی (مشارکت مردمی)، سناریوی آتش به اختیار (ابتکار عمل در شرایط اضطرار) و سناریوی انسجام‌بخشی (اتحاد ملی و اسلامی). دستاورد پژوهش، ارائه چارچوبی عملیاتی و بومی برای سامان‌دهی به آینده انقلاب اسلامی است که برخلاف رویکردهای سکولار غربی، بر عاملیت انسانی، اراده جمعی، مسئولیت همگانی و هدایت الهی تأکید دارد و سناریوهای مذکور را به‌مثابه ابزارهایی تحقق‌بخش برای تبدیل تهدیدها به فرصت‌ها معرفی می‌کند. این رویکرد می‌تواند نقشه راهی برای نهادهای حاکمیتی و نیروهای انقلابی در جهت تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی و دستیابی به آینده‌ای مطلوب و پسندیده فراهم آورد.</span> https://www.irsjournal.ir/article_248043_cbf62d8a309648f2b387f70e8a41f338.pdf
