Abstract
Effective command refers to a set of skills, characteristics, and processes that enable an individual or group to guide others effectively and efficiently, achieving organizational goals. This concept is applicable in various fields such as management, military, sports, and even social contexts. In the context of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Armed Forces, articulating an ideal model for Islamic management and command at the macro level is considered as one of the most important aspirations of the Islamic government. This research seeks to present the thoughts of Ayatollah Khamenei on effective command in the form of a model, with an emphasis on the command of the late General Qassem Soleimani. The present study, in terms of purpose, is an applied research; in terms of approach, it is qualitative based on the hermeneutic paradigm; and in terms of nature and type, it is exploratory. The research method is "Grounded Theory," through which the essence of the Ayatollah Khamenei’s views on effective command has been extracted, conceptualized, categorized, and then modeled. In this regard, after extracting the concepts, six main categories were classified and identified. In the third stage, based on the systematic method of Strauss-Corbin, a systematic model of Ayatollah Khamenei’s thoughts on effective command, with an emphasis on the command of the late General Qassem Soleimani, has been presented.
