واکاوی رابطه آموزه‌های اسلامی و رشد اقتصادی با نگاهی بر اندیشه‌ اقتصادی آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

چکیده
این مقاله با روش مرور نظام‌مند به بررسی رابطه آموزه‌های اسلامی و رشد اقتصادی می‌پردازد و در تبیین دیدگاه‌های معطوف به رشد اقتصادی در رهبران اسلامی، به بررسی آرای آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در این مورد می‌پردازد؛ در این راستا، ضمن مرور و تحلیل دیدگاه‌های مختلف (موافق، مخالف و دیدگاه اقتصاددانان مسلمان) در مورد رابطه اسلام و رشد اقتصادی، به بررسی مبانی نظری و شواهد مرتبط با این موضوع پرداخته شده است. یافته‌های مرور نظام‌مند مطالعات مربوط به موضوع نشان می‌دهد که آموزه‌های اسلامی از طریق فراهم‌سازی انگیزش اخلاقی فردی، ساختارهای نهادی شفاف و قواعد مالی منطبق با شریعت، بستر مناسبی برای رشد پایدار و متوازن ایجاد می‌کنند. تحلیل اندیشه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای نیز به‌عنوان نمونه عملی از اعمال آموزه‌های اسلامی در سیاست‌گذاری اقتصادی، نشان داد که ایشان با تکیه بر مفهوم «اقتصاد مقاومتی» و تأکید بر ارکانی چون درون‌زایی، عدالت‌محوری، دانش‌بنیانی و مشارکت مردمی، چارچوبی راهبردی و عملی برای تحقق رشد اقتصادی اسلامی ارائه می‌دهد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نه‌تنها آموزه‌های اسلامی در سطح نظری با اهداف رشد اقتصادی سازگار هستند، بلکه در سطح عمل و اجرا نیز می‌توانند مبنای سیاست‌گذاری‌های کارآمد برای توسعه قرار گیرند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بر اساس شواهد و استدلال‌های موجود، آموزه‌های اسلامی و سیره آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای نه‌تنها قابلیت رشد اقتصادی را مهیا می‌کنند بلکه بر آن تأکید دارند.
